Download FAQ

Which install path should I choose?
Use Desktop if you want the full native app. Use Browser + PWA if you want to run OpenChamber through the web package. Use an editor extension if you want it inside your editor.
Do I need OpenCode installed first?
Yes. OpenChamber builds on top of OpenCode, so you should have OpenCode installed before setting it up.
How do I use OpenChamber in the browser?
Install the web package, start the local UI, then open it in your browser. If you want to reach it from somewhere else, add a tunnel and a UI password.
Can I install the extension outside VS Code Marketplace?
Yes. OpenChamber is also published on OpenVSX, which works well for OpenVSX-compatible editors.
Which desktop build should I download?
Choose Apple Silicon if your Mac uses an M-series chip. Choose Intel if your Mac is on the older x64 architecture.
